Deryn came out of a long process - for our early community/fans / friends . . . that saw us go from Keening King, to Wet Orchid, to Yes Orchid, to . . . Deryn . . .

in choir in 6th -8th grade, Mrs. Webdell would have us sing solfege and this song in a round . . . teachers matter. I’m still grateful for the time she told me “I look forward to when you let yourself sing” . . . I sing now.
